While massage therapy is a great way to relax and relieve tension, Structural integration focuses on realigning the entire body's connective tissue (fascia) for lasting postural change over time.
With the Soma Structural Integration series, each session builds on the last and treats the entire body so that you feel lighter, breathe easier and have more support and alignment in your body. These changes tend to have a longer lasting effect on the body than traditional massage.

I don’t file claims with health insurance. I can give a receipt or superbill on request. If your insurance needs a doctor’s referral, prescription, or diagnosis, get that before your first session. Structural Integration is usually covered by FSA/HSA since it’s classified as massage. I accept PIP/MVA claims.
